Bishop Gregory Toliver began his ministry path when he preached his first sermon at 13. This path allowed him to see many souls come to Christ. In 2019, while living in Texas, Bishop Toliver heard God speak “Victorious Worship Center.” It was not until Bishop Toliver relocated to Colorado in 2021 that God began to reveal His plan for this ministry.

Bishop Toliver stands on Joshua 1:9 as he strives to teach the word of God to thirsty souls that desire to know God and have the victory God's words promised.

Pastor Beverley Toliver enjoys studying and teaching God's word. Pastor Bev's desire has always been to help the church reach the community through ministry outreach that also allows the community to feel the heart of God.

Pastor Beverley takes joy in serving individuals and ministries. Seeing families restored and lives changed is a part of her God-given assignment.

Bishop Dr. Carlton C. Crockwell Sr. pastors Victory Kingdom Movers Centre, Church of God in Bermuda. Bishop Crockwell has been preaching and teaching the Holy writ for over 30 years. Bishop Crockwell serves diligently in ministry alongside his QUEEN and author, Prophetess Jorene Crockwell.

Bishop Crockwell has an MBA from the University of Liverpool in Leadership and Business studies. He also holds a Masters and Doctorate degree in Religious and Theological Studies from the Canadian Christian University. Bishop Crockwell is full of wisdom and grace to counsel leaders, develop believers and lead souls to Christ.
