Use Your Gifts. Make A Difference.
As Victorious Worship Center continues to grow, we are looking for people with a heart to serve and help us make a difference in our community.
A Heart to Serve
Whether your passion is people, prayer, worship, outreach, hospitality, technology, administration, or simply helping where needed, we would love to connect with you.
Part of the Journey
We may not have every ministry in place today, but we are believing God for what is ahead, and we'd love for you to be part of the journey.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I submit?
A member of our leadership team will review your submission and reach out to you within a few days using your preferred contact method. We will pray with you, learn about your heart, and explore how your gifts align with the needs of our church family. There is no pressure — just a conversation.
How does ministry matching work?
We believe ministry is strongest when people serve in areas that align with their passion and gifting. After we connect with you, we will discuss where you feel most called, what skills you bring, and where the church currently has opportunities. As we grow, new doors open regularly — and we would love to help you find your place.
Do I need experience?
Not at all. Experience is welcome, but a willing heart is what matters most. Many of our team members started with no formal ministry background. We believe God equips those He calls, and we are committed to helping you grow in your area of service.
Can I serve if I am new to VWC?
Absolutely. You do not need to be a long-time member to make a difference. Whether this is your first visit or you have been coming for months, if God is stirring your heart to serve, we want to hear from you. Everyone has something valuable to contribute.
What areas can I serve in?
We are currently building our ministry teams. Areas include worship, hospitality and greeting, outreach, media and technology, children's and youth ministry, prayer, administration, and special events. If you have an idea for a ministry we have not listed yet, share it with us — we love vision!
How much time is required?
Serving looks different for everyone. Some roles require a weekly commitment, while others are event-based or as-needed. We will work with you to find a rhythm that fits your life and honors your other commitments. We never want serving to become a burden.
